(2)尺寸規(guī)格
(1)鋼絲的直徑應(yīng)符合GB/T342中表1的規(guī)定。
(2)鋼絲直徑允許偏差應(yīng)符合GB/T342表2中12級的規(guī)定。根據(jù)需方要求,可按11級供貨。
(3)鋼絲的圓度不得超過直徑公差之半。
(3)牌號和化學(xué)成分見表7-81。
(4)交貨狀態(tài)   
鋼絲的交貨狀態(tài)分為兩種,其狀態(tài)及代號為:
冷拉狀態(tài)(L):熱處理后經(jīng)常規(guī)拉拔。
軟態(tài)(R):光亮熱處理后酸洗。  
要求軟態(tài)交貨時,應(yīng)在合同中注明,未注明者按冷拉狀態(tài)交貨。
(5)用途適用于電弧焊、氣焊、埋弧自動焊、電渣焊和氣體保護(hù)焊。
